Are you being Bounced back a page?

Q. Do I have to change my browser privacy settings to use this booking engine?

A. As we personalize your information via a cookie, the booking engine will only work if you have your browser configured to accept cookies, otherwise you will find you continually get bounced back between pages.

A cookie is a text only string that gets stored in the memory of your browser.

If you do not have your browser configured to accept cookies, when selecting the fare you require you will find that you are bounced back to the beginning of the flight selection process.

To enable your browser to accept cookies in Internet Explorer please note the following:

  1. In Internet Explorer, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. Click the Privacy tab, and then click Advanced.
  3. Click Override cookie handling, and then tick the accept areas for both first and third party cookies. Alternatively, you can select the option to prompt you each time if you do not always want to accept cookies.

Now to find your flights

Step 1.

Select the type of booking you would like

Return itinerary to a single city and back.

One Way itinerary one way from one city to another.

Multiple Stops itinerary to multiple cities/stopovers - up to a maximum of 5 flights.

Select your departure point from the list of Australian cities supplied.

If you know the spelling of your destination city, it can be entered directly into the To box. If you want to find a city then click the Select from list link where a world map will be displayed, allowing you to find the city of your choice.

Then select the class of travel you wish to use.

Step 2.

For Return and One Way booking select the Departing and Returning dates (if applicable) either from the drop down lists or via the calendar icon.

You can only book up to 11 months into the future. All travel times will be returned in the flight response.

If you are traveling internationally, you are able to select preferred airlines from the drop down boxes. You may select up to three airlines. Selecting specific airlines affects the results returned, but we have ensured that in all cases, some results will be returned even if your preferred airline is not available.

For a booking with Multiple Stops, select your initial departure point from the list of Australian cities supplied. The subsequent cities for your booking can either be entered directly or selected from the Select from list button. Up to 5 sectors may be entered. To ensure a valid booking, make sure that your itinerary is in a logical progression, that is the departure city following a destination should be the same. Problems may be encountered if you do not follow this suggestion.

For each sector entered you must enter the required departure date from either the drop down date lists or via the calendar icon. Also select your preferred travel time.

You can only book up to 11 months into the future.

Step 3.

Now select the number of passengers traveling. Children are from 2-11 years old for domestic travel and from 3-15 for international travel. Infants are under 2 for domestic, and under 3 for international travel.

Search.

By clicking the Search button, you will now link to the external flight suppliers to satisfy your selection.

Note.

First class travel is not available on domestic flights within Australia, nor is it available to New Zealand with Air New Zealand.

There is a maximum combination of 9 passengers per booking, that is, the total of adults plus children plus infants cannot be more than nine.
